The six columns I would keep

Destination identifies the current RYFinds page. Selected Option records size, color or bundle. Reference Price includes currency and checked date. Evidence Needed states the next QC photo or measurement. Parcel Note records likely weight, volume or restriction. Status is Keep, Wait or Archive. These columns turn a bookmark collection into a review queue.

A mixed parcel example

Imagine a New Balance 2002R pair, Foamed Letter hoodie and Stone Island tee. The shoe row needs size and shape evidence and may include a box decision. The hoodie row needs measurements and a bulk estimate. The tee needs chest and length measurements but may add less volume. The spreadsheet makes those differences visible before the three items are treated as one parcel.

When older evidence is still useful

An older measurement note or construction photo can provide context, but it should not be relabeled as current. I keep the original evidence date and add a fresh destination check beside it. If the seller option changed, the row moves back to Wait. A 2026 title should identify the current workflow, not erase the history of the evidence.

A weekly maintenance routine

Open active rows first, not the archive. Check destination, option and price; update only the fields that were actually reviewed. Resolve one Next Question per row or leave it explicit. Archive duplicates with a reason. At the end, choose which rows need a category-specific page. This routine is small enough to repeat and produces a meaningful updated date.
