Five footwear forms

The current mix includes an Adidas Yeezy Slide, Hermes Oran sandal, UGG platform boot, Stussy Boston-style clog, Nike Pregame mule and three enclosed sneakers. Each form changes the fit question. A slide depends heavily on footbed length and width; a boot needs shaft and opening context; a sneaker needs heel, toe and outsole evidence.

I use columns for Form, Closure, Selected Size, Size Evidence and Packaging. Closure may be none for slides, slip-on for clogs and mules, or laces for sneakers. Packaging matters because a boot or boxed sneaker can occupy very different space from a sandal. This structure makes the wider shoe page useful without turning it into a generic product wall.

Comparing open and enclosed footwear

The Yeezy Slide reference is ¥280 and Hermes Oran ¥298, while the UGG boot is ¥238. Those prices do not make the boot automatically cheaper to ship or easier to size. Open footwear needs footbed measurements and strap checks; enclosed footwear needs internal length, width and heel structure. The next question is more important than the first price sort.
